Audit Report Form IV,'Statement of the Auditor', from Thomas Simkiss, District Auditor for Staffordshire and Worcestershire, for the half year ended Michaelmas 1863 [21 September 1863] showing the balance due [£10] from Joseph Allen and Thomas Wheeler, Overseers of Stoke Prior in the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, resulting from an allowance given to an assistant overseer for making a valuation list for which no authority was produced.
