Folio 291. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to James Gittins, Assistant Overseer of the parish of Pedmore in the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, saying that the district auditor in his audit for the half year ended 21 September 1863 had stated that Gittins had neglected to keep books and accounts relating to the collection of the poor rate for that parish. The Poor Law Board wished to have an explanation.
