Folios 289-290. Audit Report Form VI from Thomas Simkiss, District Auditor for Staffordshire and Worcestershire, for the half year ended Michaelmas 1863 [21 September 1863] on the accounts of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union in which he states to the Poor Law Board, that James Gittins, Assistant Overseer and Collector for Pedmore, had not kept any collector's books for that parish. He was also Assistant Overseer for Hagley for which he had kept proper books.
