Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Elizabeth Dance, Schoolmistress to the workhouse of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, showing the estimate of her qualifications as examined by the inspector, J B Browne, on 24 April 1863. The Poor Law Board has awarded her a certificate of probation, first division with a salary of £23 a year.
