Folios 281-283. Inspection of Parochial Union Schools form 20, report on the qualifications of candidates for certificates, by J B Browne, H M Inspector of Poor Law Schools to the Poor Law Board, on the candidate Elizabeth Dance, schoolmistress to the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union. He inspected the schoolmistress on 24 April 1863. Overall verdict fair. Recommended that a certificate was issued as before.
