Folios 201-205. Letter from H A Woodgate, Rector of Belbroughton, to the Poor Law Board, asking for their intervention in his dispute with the assessment committee which has refused to allow a deduction for the repair and insurance of chancels. He gives a detailed account of his views and interpretations of the system of setting rates and he asks for a reply by 12 August 1863, being the day fixed for appeals.
