Transmits copy of despatch from the Governor of the Transvaal relative to the discovery at Constantinople of forged Transvaal Consolidated Land and Exploration Company certificates; points out that forgeries are copies of bearer warrants issued by the London office and not of the scrip issued in the Transvaal.
