Believes that Djamil Bey, otherwise Captain Abd el Khader, had left Tripoli on 7 July 1906 with 50 men en route to Janet and that Hanns Vischer left Tripoli on 9 July 1906; asks whether the latter had received instructions not to accompany the former.
