Sent by Sir Nicholas R O'Conor, the British Embassy, Constantinople (Pera)

Transmits despatch number 20 from Consul General Robert W Graves, Salonica on outrages committed by Greek bands in Salonica and Monastir between 25 June 1905 and 18 January 1906, including a separate memorandum, with individual details.
