Sent by Sir Nicholas R O'Conor, the British Embassy, Constantinople (Pera)

Transmits despatch from Consul General Robert W Graves, Salonica, number 23, 30 March 1906, forwarding a despatch from Acting Vice Consul George C Gelepis at Serres, reporting an encounter between Turkish troops and a Bulgarian band at Karta Kayassi on 25 March 1906.
