Description

These are entry books of letters to and from the Treasury kept by the Office of Works, between 1832 and 1851, by the Works Department of the Office of Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Work and Buildings, and from 1852 again by the Office of Works.

Each volume from 1832 to 1874 contains its own index. There is a gap in the series between 1726 and 1832 inclusive.
