Folios 608-610. Draft letter from [Viscount Enfield] Secretary to the Poor Law Board, to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, enclosing an order form for the guardians to make alterations to the union workhouse. Blanks 1 to 5 must be filled in, and as there are 22 elected and 11 ex officio guardians for the union, the signatures of at least 17 must be obtained, this being a majority.
The enclosed form is not completed.
