Folio 607. Draft letter from [Viscount Enfield] Secretary to the Poor Law Board, to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, sanctioning the proposed alterations to the Kidderminster workhouse, provided that the new 'old men's ward' and 'infirm men's bedroom' have a fireplace at each end. The Board have fixed their seal to the plan, and the plans and specifications are returned [not included].
