Folio 593. Draft letter from [Henry Fleming], Secretary to the Poor Law Board, to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union. As Dr Thursfield [Thomas Thursfield, Medical Officer, Kidderminster Workhouse] is not being paid for acting as substitute for Mr Stretton [Medical Officer, Kidderminster District 1] he should act as substitute under article 200 of the General Consolidated Order.
Annotated: nothing subsequent, 5 March 1866.
Ask if Thursfield has resumed his own duties, 7 March 1866.
