Folios 147-150: Appeal from the High Court of Admiralty concerning the vessel De Snelle Post (master Hans Evertze).
History: sailing from St Eustatius to Curacoa, laden with coffee, sugar, etc. Taken by the Ranger privateer, William Mason commanding.
Sentence given 25 March 1760: goods restored.
Discussed: whether there is not full proof of neutral property; whether the trade was not lawful; whether the decree of specification was right.
