Folios 139-146: Appeal 20; from the High Court of Admiralty concerning the vessel De Elizabeth (master Hendrick Pleen), alleged to be Dutch.
History: sailing from St Eustatius to Amsterdam, laden with coffee, sugar, etc. Taken in 1758 by the Invincible and Bristol privateers, Ezekiel Nash and Thomas Dibden respectively commanding.
Appellant or claimant: Hendrick Pleen, on behalf of Simon De Graaf, Jan de Windt and others, for the ship and goods.
Respondent: Ezekiel Nash, and Thomas Dibden.
