Folios 1-10, Greece Code 19, File 622, Paper 622.

Sent by Baron G de Reuter, Paris.

Submits his observations on Greek contentions respecting the Demirly-Larissa section of the Piraeus - Larissa railway, which he hopes will be passed to Mr Alban Young, British delegate on the International Financial Commission at Athens; he cannot accept any modification of Law unless passed by Chamber; encloses relevant copies of the Law and also of article 34 of Convention of March 1900.
