Transmits despatch from E H Fraser, HM Consul General, Hankow on counterfeit soaps sold in China; also encloses extract from"Times" commercial supplement of 23 October 1905 listing examples of counterfeit British products; believes action to induce Chinese Government to take any action to prevent sale of counterfeit soaps, might result in acts prejudicial to foreign trade.
