Four page Company tourist leaflet c.1936. 'The Liverpool Overhead', 'First Electrically- operated Elevated Railway in the World'. The leaflet explains the origin of the railway with details of its construction, operation and automatic signalling. There are three monochrome photographic illustrations, a track section drawing and a line map which also names each dock. For tourists, a round trip is advertised, with fares and details of how to board any liners which may be in dock.
