Letter regarding the irregular methods of obtaining passes by Dutch merchants from the Algerines. Proposals that a memorial be presented to His Majesty to prevent future abuses of this nature, and that masters and commanders of ships who have not returned their passes by end of their voyage be prosecuted with the utmost vigour of the law.
