Description

Letter concerning the sending of Captain Molloy of His Majesty's yacht the 'Mary' to seek intelligence in Holland about the equippage made their by the agents of the Czar and in the building and design on the two Russian [war]ships lately arrived at Helvoetsluys [Sluys].
