Description

Report (5 June 1721) sent to the Privy Council meeting of 11 June, regarding the plundering of the 'Seaflower' grain ship by the citizens and fleet of Hamburg, and the petitioning of her owner Thomas Pearse of London for reprisal of the damages caused by the said republic in (March) 1718.
