Folio(s) 183-184. Letter from Lord Milford [Lord Lieutenant of Pembrokeshire] at Picton Castle. He reports a rising of colliers in Pembrokeshire. They had taken over a ship laden with cheese, and another carrying butter. Milford promises to pursue the ringleaders but fears the consequences. He stresses the importance of reducing the price of corn.
