Description

Folio(s) 161-162. Letter from [Ralph Etwall], Town Clerk of Andover [Hampshire], reporting the widespread belief that large quantities of corn carried daily from Andover, Devizes, Warminster and the vicinity are being bought up by the Government of France to starve this country.
