Folio 469.
To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: John G Heaven, Clerk to the Bristol Local Board of Health, Prince Street, Bristol [Gloucestershire].
Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 1 June 1869, informing the Bristol Local Board of Mr Rawlinson's intention to hold an inquiry at the office of the Bristol Local Board of Health under the Sanitary Act 1866 as to a scheme for the drainage of the parish of St George. Heaven enquires as to the nature of the information Rawlinson will require from the Bristol Board. He explains that no plan or information with reference to the proposed scheme has been submitted to the Local Board, so he is 'really at a loss' to know what may be required Rawlinson.
