Description

Short title: Leke v Marowe.

Plaintiffs: Jasper Leke of Edmonton, esq, son of John Leke.

Defendants: Samuel Marowe, esq, son of Thomas Marowe deceased.

Subject of decree: Failure to honour a conveyance by Thomas Marowe, to John Leke, of lands in Edmonton, Middlesex and Barnet, Hertfordshire; claim to an estate in the manor of Birmingham in recompense; Thomas Marowe's will.
