Plaintiffs: Richard Thornes and his wife Anne Thornes, and Margaret Preston, cousins and heirs of Hugh Phillipps, esq, deceased.
Defendants: Roger Bolton , William Tilcoke, Thomas Harte, Cicely Browne widow, John Sharpe, Henry Sharpe, Robert Webster and John Wymbilbye.
Subject of decree: Estate of Hugh Phillipps, son of Sir David Phillipps, deceased; 12 messuages, and 400 acres of land in Peterborough, Helpstone and Northborough, Northamptonshire, and in Stamford, Lincolnshire: dismission.
