Description

Short title: Fitzwilliam v Forde.

Plaintiffs: Sir William Fitzwilliam and his wife Anne.

Defendants: George Forde of Ashprington, Devon.

Subject of decree: Fourth part of the estate of late Sir Richard Sapcott, complainants' father-in-law: 4th part of 20 messuages, 3 mills, over 3000 acres of land and heath and £5 a year rent in Woodhuish, Wreye, Bramcomb, Nottesworthie, Blackland, Nutwell and Woodhouse, Devon.

Date of decree: 8 Feb 37 Hen VIII.
