Captured ship: St Theresa of San Sebastian (master Francisco Beuret or Bonett, succeeding Carlos Chibalier or Chevallier).
History: a Spanish privateer (140 tons, 16 guns), bound from San Sebastian on a cruise; taken on 29 May / 9 June 1743 off Cape Clear by HMS Port Mahon (Henry Aylmer commanding), and brought into Bristol.

- [CP 7-CP 9]: attestation as to papers, and two sets of abstracts and translations of the 4 ship's papers.
