History: a French ship (20 tons, 4 men), bound from Brest to Granville, laden with slates and empty barrels; taken on 21 May / 1 June 1745 off Cape Fréhel, Brittany, by the privateer Fortune (Thomas de Gruchy commanding), and brought into Jersey.
