Captured ship: St Nicolas of Kungsbacka (master Lars Borgeson Isberg).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (29 Swedish lasts, 7 men), bound from Gothenburg to Calais, laden with pitch, tar, deals and steel; taken on 26 April 1745 about two leagues from Calais by the privateer Swift (George Hudson commanding), and brought into Deal.
