History: a French fishing ship (100 tons, 30 men), bound from the River of Canada to St Malo, laden with fish and oil; taken on 9/[20] September 1746 in latitude 47° by the privateer Blandford (George Stonehouse commanding), and ransomed for 1200 livres due to the risk of recapture.
