Captured ship: Limban (master Teckle Jelles de Boar or de Boor).
History: a Dutch merchant ship, bound from Rouen to Morlaix, laden with millstones, plaster stones, iron pots, empty casks, earthenware and iron weights; taken on 21 May / 1 June 1746 off the coast of Normandy by the privateer Mary Galley (Samuel Thorne commanding), and brought into Guernsey.
