Description

Captured ship: De Liefde or Die Liebe of Altona (master Dirck Siebend Fischer).

History: a Danish ship; taken in 1744 by the privateer Resolution (John Sutherland commanding), and brought into Dover.

  • [CP 3-CP 4]: attestation as to papers, and abstract and translation of the ship's papers.
