Captured ship: St Joseph of Libourne (master Pierre Perret).
History: a French ship (45 tons), bound from Libourne laden with wine; taken on 30 April / [11 May] 1747 (deserted by her crew who escaped ashore in a small boat) off the mouth of the Gironde by the privateer Cumberland (John Mauger commanding) and brought into Guernsey.
