Captured ship: Jonge Sara (master Maerte Mack).
History: a Dutch ship (130 tons, 7 men), bound from Rotterdam to Cork, laden with wheat, paper, iron, brimstone and 202,000 needles; taken on 14/25 March 1745 off Orford Ness by the French privateer Bacquencourt (Jean Baptist Caillot commanding), retaken on 19 March 1745 off Dunkirk by HMS Granada (William Thomas commanding) and brought into the River Thames.
