History: Presumably a master's archive, relating to the Jungfrau Maria or Juffrouw Maria (master Geart Perris or Perres).
Comprises a ship's notebook, labelled 'A' and 'D', containing pencil notes dating from September 1746 to February 1747; enclosed within the notebook (p.35) are two very small printed books Verbesserte Brem- und Verdischer Almanach, 1747 and Hamburgisch verbesserter Schreib-calender, 1746; and papers and bills relating to work undertaken at Hamburg in September 1746, including records of dockworkers' and carpenters' time spent working aboard the ship.
