History: a French fishing vessel (83 tons, 6 guns, 21 men), bound from Les Sables d'Olonne to Newfoundland, laden with salt and wine; taken on 17/30 Aug 1744 by the privateer Success (John Le Groz or Legros commanding), and brought into the Isles of Scilly.
