History: a French privateer (110 tons, 12 guns, 110 men), bound from Le Havre on a cruise; taken on 20 May 1746 at the Lizard by HMS Maidstone (Augustus Keppel commanding) and HMS Namur (James Hobbs commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
