Captured ship: La Fine chaloupe of Boulogne (commander Jean Rombault).
History: a French privateer (5 tons, 4 swivel guns, 12 or 15 men), bound from Boulogne on a cruise; taken on 31 May / 11 June 1747 about 2 leagues from Calais Cliffs by the privateer Duke William (John Norris commanding), and brought into Dover.
