Description

Captured ship: La Fidelle (master Rene Voltière).

History: a French ship (26 tons) bound from Bayonne to Nantes, laden with Rosin; taken on 12 November 1745 at Belle Isle by the privateer Guernsey (David Pinaux commanding), and ransomed for 1400 livres.
