History: a French [West] India Company merchant ship (60 tons, 4 carriage guns, 16 men), bound from L'Orient to Senegal, laden with provisions and ammunition; taken on 13/24 August 1747 by HMS Prince Frederick (Harry Norris commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
