Captured ship: Elizabeth sloop (master Richard Long, and as a French prize, Commander).
History: an English ship (55 tons, six men); taken on 9/20 September 1746 off the Lizard by the privateer La Comtesse De La Mark (Hervé Quemeuneur commander), and later that day retaken by the privateer Diamond (Daniel Goatley commanding), and brought into Dartmouth.
