History: a French merchant ship (30 tons), bound from Caen to Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, laden with butter and paper; abandoned by the crew and taken on 28 September/9 October 1745 off Feckham [Fécamp] by the privateer Carlisle (William Owen commanding), and brought into Dover.
