History: a Danish (Norwegian) ship (60 lasts, 8 men, 1 boy), bound from Nantes to Rotterdam or Boulogne, Calais or Dunkirk, laden with salt and brandy: taken on 27 July / 7 August 1744 by the privateer Eagle Snow (John Bazeley commanding), and brought into Dover.
