Captured ship: Christina and Hendrina (master Cornelis Wopken Vos otherwise Cornelius Wopkes Vos).
History: a Dutch merchant ship (38 Dutch lasts, 5 men, 1 boy) formerly De Jonge Rienk (the Young Ring), bound from Bilbao to Amsterdam, laden witrh wool, iron, snuff, chestnuts and a case of books; taken on 25 October 1747 south of the Isle of Wight by the privateer George Dogger (William Freebairn commanding), and brought into Studland Bay.
