Captured ship: Catherine Michel (master Pierre Hebert).
History: a French coasting vessel, bound from Rouen to St Malo, laden with 700 mill stones; taken on 8/19 December 1747 by the privateer Tryall (Richard Olliver commanding), and brought into Gurnsey.
