Description

Captured ship: St Anne of Dieppe (master Jacques Feuillet or Feuiller).

History: a French herring boat; taken on 31 October / 11 November 1746 off Boulogne by the privateer Carlisle (William Owens commanding), and brought into Dover.

  • [CP 1-CP 4]: standing interrogatories, two examinations, comissioners' affidavit;
  • [CP 5]: allegation;
  • [CP 6-CP 7]: attestation, and abstract and translation of the 2 ship's papers.

Ship's Papers: numbered [SP 1- SP 2].
