Captured ship: Anna Katharina otherwise Anna Catherina (master Ole Pedersen Stijr).
History: a Danish merchant ship, bound from Paimboeuf to Holmestrand, laden with salt, brandy and sugar, alleged to be French property; taken on 17/28 July 1745 off Boulogne by the privateer Eagle (John Bazely commanding) and brought into Dover.
