Captured goods: St Anna and St Joachin (master Juan Francisco Reyes).
History: a Portuguese merchant ship (brigantine), bound from Santa Cruz, Tenerife to Madeira, laden with almonds, Canary wine and specie, and from which alleged Spanish property was removed; taken on [28 August] 1743 by HMS Monmouth (Charles Windham commanding).

- [CP 1-CP 3]; depositions of the master taken in Funchal, Madeira (in Portuguese) and notarised by the British Consul there; attestation of London merchants that they know the consul's writing; translation; October-December 1743;
- [CP 4]: release;
- [CP 5-CP 6]: attestation and claim of Portuguese merchants;
- [CP 7]: allegation, December 1743;
- [CP 8 -CP 9]: attestation as to papers, and abstract and translation of the 3 ship's papers.
